Culinary Artistry at Juni, a New Flatiron Restaurant

Juni entrance resizeOpened August 19, 2013, Juni is the Flatiron’s newest restaurant at Hotel Chandler. Under Chef Shaun Hergatt, this aesthetically unique Manhattan restaurant takes diners on a journey of evolving flavors through a seasonal menu that showcases the bounty of the harvest and ingredients at their finest. Some delectable gems include Hudson Valley foie gras, artichoke ravioli, Montauk striper and a variety of innovative desserts by Pastry Chef Mina Pizarro. Diners can choose to experience Chef Hergatt’s cuisine via a six- or four-course tasting menu of their choice, or enjoy a ten-course prix fixe designed by the chef.

Derived from the Latin word for “June,” representing the heart of the growing season, Juni is a 50-seat Flatiron restaurant that delivers an intimate dining experience with fresh, inventive flavors. Ingredients are hand-selected from trusted local farms and foragers, and proudly prepared with minimal manipulation, so as to preserve each ingredient’s natural beauty and flavor on the plate.

Feel like dining in your pajamas? Guests of Hotel Chandler can enjoy the experience of Hergatt’s cuisine via room service, which is offered from 7am to 10pm daily.

And for those who wish to share the flavors of Juni, private dining in Flatiron is possible for parties of eight or more. Plan an intimate gathering in the private dining room or a larger occasion by reserving the whole restaurant. Chef Hergatt and his team will work with you to create personalized menus inspired by and tailored to your specific event.
