This means that we guarantee to you that you can book and reserve directly on our website at the lowest rate publicly available on any website. If you find a rate lower than shown on our website, that is viewable and bookable for the same room type, same number of travelers and for the exact same dates, advise us either via telephone (866) 627-7847 or email within 24 hours of booking your room. Upon our verification (i.e. the same number nights, same # of travelers and the same room type), Hotel Chandler will not only honor that lower rate, but will also discount it by an additional 10% for all nights of your stay. When you report this to us the accommodations on the other website must still be publicly available and bookable on that site at the time of verification. |

The Best Rate Guarantee is designed to be simple and as hassle-free as possible. Here’s an example of how it works: 1st Step: Let’s say you need to reserve a one-night stay at Hotel Chandler. You find and book a room $325 plus prevailing taxes per night on www.HotelChandler.com. 2nd Step: At the same time or within 24 hours of making your reservation, you find a rate of $290 plus prevailing taxes per night at Hotel Chandler on a different website than ours; and for the exact same date, for one night and the same room type and of course, with the same number of travelers. 3rd Step: You have reviewed our terms & conditions and determine that your scenario will meet our Best Rate Guarantee. Contact our reservations office directly at (866) 627 7847 or via email and make a claim. 4th Step: While on the phone with you, our reservations agent will verify the lower price by going to the website where you found the lower rate. This agent will confirm that the rate meets the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee and that it is for the same length of stay. 5th Step: Upon verification, the representative will modify your existing reservation to reflect the lower rate and take an additional 10% off the length of stay, which means in this instance your rate would be amended from $325 plus taxes per night to $261 plus taxes per night ($290 – less 10%). |

Guest reservations made through any other third party website must be made for the exact same type of accommodations as found on www.HotelChandler.com. The Guarantee is available only for the same room type of room as booked on www.HotelChandler.com Example: If guest books a Deluxe Queen room on our website but a lower rate is listed for a Standard Queen room on a third party website then the Guarantee does not apply. At the time of claim you must have a confirmed reservation and a confirmation number from our website. Guarantee does not include websites or rates where the specific hotel is not known until the booking is made. Guarantee does not include other websites’ published rates that “package” travel, entertainment, hotel, and/or food components, such as: airfare + hotel stay, hotel stay + car rental or similar packages. Guarantee includes only publicly available rates. It does not apply to rates that have been negotiated by the hotel with:

Guarantee does not apply to groups of 5 or more rooms per night. For purposes of this Guarantee, "rate" does not include any taxes (unless otherwise noted), tariffs or fees imposed by any governmental authority (e.g., federal, state or local) on either Hotel Chandler or the guest for the duration of the guest's occupancy.
