"It is hard to rate a hotel when you stay there just for one night. But what I saw there, I liked. Location is perfect. Bang in the middle of Midtown. A couple of blocks away from The Empire State Building. A skip, a hop and a stroll away from Broadway, Macy's and Time Square. Perfect if you want to see NY on foot. It is next to Koreatown with its delicious Korean fares. The hotel itself is beautiful in a masculine way. Lots of strong earthy colours contrasted by lovely furniture. The old fashion lifts are sweet. Very comfortable bed and a very useful iPod dock. They use Molton Brown products. The service was very good. Very good. Great value for money." "My husband and I spent last Easter weekend at the Hotel Chandler from March 29 to April 1. This delightful hotel exceeded our every expectation from the friendly professionals at the front desk to the outstanding concierge staff to the efficient and polite hotel staff. Special among the many thoughtful touches, was the delivery to our room of flowers, gifts, and candy left for us by our son. Beyond the excellent service, our room was very comfortable and absolutely immaculate. Hotel Chandler will be our number-one choice for future trips to NYC!" Karen S. "My daughter and I just stayed here for 4 nights for a girls weekend and our room was very comfortable for two people. We were in a double double deluxe room, beds were very comfortable and bathroom was a nice size too. We hardly ever saw people on our floor it was very quiet. The housekeeping here is OUTSTANDING they not only refresh your room during the day but turn down your bed and refresh whatever you used since they were there during the day. "Hotel Chandler was a fabulous find and now my top place to stay in Manhattan. Great location, efficient, courteous and helpful staff and everything you could want from a hotel in this price range. The rooms are not huge but perfectly adequate and cannot be faulted on cleanliness and amenities. I've stayed in several of the larger chains' Manhattan properties, including some of the super deluxe names, and never been overwhelmed, whereas this time I can truly say my expectations were surpassed in every respect.
